Well thanks for the positive comments on the silly cartoons…
As you may know, in a creative spurt the other night when I couldn’t sleep, I came up with a series of cartoons. I’m no cartoonist, so the drawings are child-like at best, but the quality of drawing isn’t the point…the point was to capture some of the silly thoughts that were going through my head as I contemplated the changes our IF journey has taken and the current dramatic miracle (or am I being overly dramatic when I use those words?).
I haven’t been posting for a while (and I’ll try and explain why in a future post), and have a hectic week or so ahead of me, so not likely to be able to compose a decent post in that period.
I’ve decided, as I don’t have time to write a proper post, and I don’t have time to draw, scan, edit and create many of the other cartoons I came up with, I’ll take a shortcut…I came up with a little series of cartoons within the ideas I put down on paper the other night, and as they’re fairly simple and I can re-use some of the stuff, I’ll create and post a few of these over the next few days – I can create them when taking little breaks from the work, without jeopardising my work deadlines…
So, over the next few days, there’ll be a series of cartoons showing what infertility lab techs from around the world see in their microscopes. Again, I’m not promising anything earth-shatteringly funny…but there you go.
Here’s the first in the series…
There you go…
Now, it’s back to work…
